People magazine picked actor Patrick Dempsey the most handsome man of 2023. Jimmy Kimmel’s live show was the one that unveiled the title.

In response to the accolade, the married actor—who is a dad to Tallulah, Darby, and Sullivan—said, “Never give up on your dreams.”
